Genius technology with considerable experience and skill base to provide
precision machining and production for investment casting, sand casting,
pressure die casting, forging and bars. It was founded by team of technical
engineers in 2009.
Our company is located in Rajkot which hub for all type engineering work and
especially in casting and automobile parts manufacturing.
Genius Technology started our small workshop with only 1 machine and now in
order to provide quality products to the customer within short lead time, we
invested on high speed CNC, VMC, CMM and VTL machines with high
advance technology. We are affiliated with ISO 9001: 2015 TUV Nord
Certification with enough capacity to finish more bulk orders with precision
quality.
Because of the focus so professional our team focus on manufacturing over 10 years.

All of our CNC machines have a very high specification that includes the following features: - High-pressure coolant – to allow us to manufacture from materials of low ‘machinability’ and to drill deep holes faster, improving cycle times, and reducing costs.
- Part conveyor/part pick up arm – to unload delicate parts without damage.
- Automatic Bar feed.
3 and 4 axis Machining Centres.

These features coupled with running of our machines 24 hours a day seven a week, increase our efficiency and ultimately reduces the cost of production. This enables us to offer our customers the most competitive prices.
Before production of any parts, Genius Technology will check and confirm the 2D drawings and 3D cad files from customer and there are no errors or technical requirements we cannot meet. And we confirm with customers for some special tolerances and other parts. In Genius Technology tolerance and other parts. In Genius Technology we follow the system for Internal Quality control Plan, In Process quality Control and PP-PPK follow and run through the whole manufacturing process, we provide one to one service, Inspection service report.
Genius Is equipped with inspection tool including inspection tools including micrometers, Calipers, gauges, Zeiss CMM and surface plate. We do quality control from beginning during the processing and on the final products. Inspection Report service under quality control personnel will regularly check the products produced according to the QC standard or the 2d requirement from customer to ensure that the quality of each product meets the customer’s tolerance and even exceeds the customer’s expectations.
Genius technology is located at Rajkot and build in 12000 square meter feet with high advance technology as well provide residency to live out state workers with 15 quarters and give them all facilities for to give them family atmosphere.
